Trainwreck

“We all know one”

Filmology Rating: 3.5 out of 4

Trainwreck is far from a train wreck. Trainwreck, made from the same people that brought us the hilarious movie Bridesmaids, brought us another movie to laugh with and also hit us in the feels at the same time. While this is a comedy, it also deals with some more sensitive issues that make you reflect on what you've seen. This movie seamlessly intertwines the comedy and the real emotion in a beautiful fashion. A raunchy comedy that delivers laughs and also emotionally honest in a shocking way (very similar to Bridesmaids in that sense). Director Judd Apatow and the writers of this movie have done an excellent job. Amy Schumer and Bill Hader have a brilliant on screen chemistry and cameo/supporting roles from John Cena, Daniel Radcliffe, and LeBron James, make this film very enjoyable for the viewer. If you are worried about going to a movie that might be deemed a romcom, you don't have to be because this movie isn't overdone with the sappy love story.
